Abstract

We report an unusual case of aneurysm of the left common iliac vein and thrombus formation in inferior vena cava associated with Parkes Weber syndrome (PWS). In addition to many already known clinical signs which determine PWS, common iliac vein aneurysm formation together with inferior vena cava thrombus present a new clinical feature and new challenges in treatment strategy of these patients. © 2015 Elsevier Inc.
