Most of these infections regress without consequences; however, the high-risk HPV viral strains can determine a tumor transformation of the epithelium, giving rise to tumor forms such as cervical cancer. The analysis mostly applied to define abnormalities of the membranes is the PAP test and the treatment is reconciled, in most cases through prevention. Alongside the standard protocol, we have determined that a blend of essential oils has an effect in determining the negativization of HPV. Materials and Methods: We made use of the BDORT technique in order to determine the specific percentages of each component of the prepared oil blend. To confirm this, two advanced Molecular Docking software have been applied (Swiss Dock and 1-Click Docking). The mixture of oils was subsequently applied, in the form of vaginal capsules, on a group of HPV (+) positive patients, who were tested for the presence of a virus, before and after treatment, by RT-PCR, Colposcopy, and BDORT to evaluate the state of epithelium before and after the assumption of oil vaginal capsules. Results: The mixture of oils has produced the negativization of HPV, determined by BDORT and confirmed by RT-PCR, in the treated patients. Discussion: We have determined that the blend of essential oils, prepared here, influenced the negativization of the virus, in all the patients treated. Conclusions: The operative efficacy of these oils in the negativization of HPV has been demonstrated. Our group has developed a software, later called SONGENPROT-SOLARIS, capable of directly converting nucleotide sequences (DNA and/or RNA) and amino acid sequences (polypeptides and proteins) into musical sequences, based on mathematic matrices, designed by the French physicist and musician Joel Sternheimer, which allows to associate a musical note with a nucleotide or an amino acid. Innovation in our software is that, in the algorithm that defines it, a variant is directly implemented that allows the reproduction of sounds, phase-shifted by 30 Hz, between one ear and another reproducing the phenomenon of Binaural Tones, capable of induce a specific brain activity and also the release of particles called solitons. Thanks to this software we have developed a technique called MMT (Molecular Music Therapy) and currently, we are in the phase of applying the technique on a cohort of 91 patients, with a high spectrum of clinical pictures, examining the same, using the technique Bi-Digital-ORing- Test (BDORT), before and after treatment with MMT. Aim of project is to stimulate the expression of a specific gene (the same genetic sequence that the patient listens to, translated into music), only through the use of sound sequences. We have concentrated our attention on three main molecules: Sirtuin-1, Telomers and TP-53. The results obtained with BDORT, after treatment with MMT, showed a significant increase in the values of the three molecules, on all the examined patients, demonstrating the operative efficacy of the technique and the its applicability to numerous diseases. In order to confirm the data obtained by BDORT, we propose, with the help of an accredited laboratory, to perform epigenetic tests on the three parameters listed above, paving the way to understanding how frequencies can influence gene expression. Advanced bioinformatics techniques were employed to evaluate and contrast binding energies, showing that apigenin and luteolin demonstrate significantly higher affinities for TP-53, pRb, and APOBEC, with binding energies of −6.9 kcal/mol and −6.6 kcal/mol, respectively. These values suggest strong potential for therapeutic intervention against HPV-16. Conventional ligands, by comparison, exhibited lower affinities, with energies ranging from −4.5 to −5.5 kcal/mol. Additionally, protein–protein docking simulations were performed to assess the interaction between HPV-16 E6 oncoprotein and tumor suppressors TP-53 and pRb, which revealed high binding energies around −976.7 kcal/mol, indicative of their complex interaction. A conversion formula was applied to translate these protein–protein interaction energies to a comparable scale for non-protein interactions, further underscoring the superior binding potential of apigenin and luteolin. At the end of 1980, it was determined that the frequency of 6.66 Hz is responsible for anxiety-depressive states and that all subjects who manifest such disturbances vibrate on this frequency. Materials and Methods: The BDORT technique was applied to evaluate parameters associated with the subject’s status (Sirtuin-1, TERT, TP-53, Zoloft, Thromboxane B2, Acetylcholine, DMAE, Thymus Gland). Furthermore, the GAP-7 and HAMD psycho-aptitude tests were applied to evaluate the subject’s anxiety-depressive level. At the end of the evaluation, the subject was treated with the OPFT (Opposite Phase Frequency Treatment), i.e., with the counter-phase frequency of -6.66 Hz, in order to cancel the 6.66 Hz frequency. The treatment was performed by listening, with headphones, to the specific anti-frequency, elaborated thanks to the combined use of artificial intelligence software. Results: Patients treated with the OPFT showed an increase, measured by BDORT, of specific biological parameters and a decrease in Thromboxane B2, in accordance with expectations, due to the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. The data obtained, on the specific parameters, showed a statistically significant correlation (p < 0.005 ** and p < 0.001 ***). Discussion: The increase in the value of parameters Acetylcholine and the decrease in Thromboxane B2, was the basis of the alleviation of anxiety-depressive symptoms. As a corollary of them, there was an increase in parameters such as Sirtuin-1, TERT, and TP-53. The complexity lies, first of all, from the cellular point of view, which has a greater compartmentalization than the animal cell. Also evolved as terrestrial organisms, plants have developed complex forms of electrochemical communication, developed to the point of suggesting that plants possessed a sort of nervous system, similar to that found in the animal world and in organisms with a high degree of evolution. Over the course of history, numerous researchers, especially in the last century, have alternated trying to penetrate the functional complexity of plants, obtaining results that allowed to tip the scales towards the presence not only of a nervous system, but a complex processing capacity, comparable to a consciousness. The experiment described here, using a polygraphic apparatus connected to an artificial intelligence computerized processing system, made it possible to evaluate the physiopathological responses of a plant subjected to external stimuli of an invasive and non-invasive nature. The technique involved addressing the vegetable "directly" during the experimentation. The results obtained have highlighted a logical succession of responses, which have allowed us to conclude that plants possess an advanced capacity for processing external stimuli and also of the human voice. © 2022 Cognizant Communication Corporation.
