The appearance of MD was noted in fetal metanephros at the 21st day, and further development was dependent on the development of the nephrons. By means of the specific staining method (Smith's modification of Bowie staining), the first secretory JGG in JGC were found in fetal metanephros at the 25th day. Percent of postive JGU was counted in the course of growth, up to the 28 day, (I-100). Obtained results show that number of postive JGU rises during the period of postnatal life, studied in this work.Contribution to the study of the development of kidney juxtaglomerular apparatus (JGA) in rabbits
